Dynamic Expressions

The evening opens with classical elegance and refined expression and one of Mozart’s greatest achievements, his G minor String Quintet, offering a glimpse into the structured beauty of the past. This is then contrasted with the bold and innovative sounds of 20th-century compositions, showcasing dynamic shifts in musical language with composers from Eastern Europe and exciting virtuosic quartets by Bartok and Bacewics.

We dedicate this concert in loving memory of Stephanie Decker.
